I started my career as a musician in my first year of middle school, where I began playing the Cello for our school's classical orchestra. It's been a long road, and since then, my love for the arts has grown tremendously. Now, I wish to pursue a Bachelors of Music degree at the UNT college of music, one of the most renown music programs in the state of Texas.
What I do
I am the second chair Cellist in the Eaton High School Symphony (Varsity) Orchestra, where we compete yearly at UIL, often in a full orchestra setting.
I have also performed in the 2019-2020 All Region Philharmonic Orchestra, in which I am very proud of, and have full intentions of auditioning for the 2020-2021 All State Orchestra. As for the rest of my music career, I am the bassist of the Eaton Jazz Band, knowledgeable on both the Electric and Upright Bass. I am also a two time Pit Orchestra member for our schools yearly Musical production. Finally, I am a self taught acoustic and electric guitar player, who has written multiple pieces and intends to further my composition and songwriting skills by writing and producing my own pieces. |
